How do I get a quote from VSI Aerial?
The fastest way to start is through our contact page. Select your service type - Film/TV Production, Real Estate, Construction, Inspections, Marketing, Exterior Cleaning, or Other - and provide as much detail as you can about the project scope, location, and timeline. We respond quickly and are available 24/7.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my shoot?
Weather is a real operational factor in drone services. FAA regulations and safe operating standards restrict flights in high winds, rain, heavy clouds, and low visibility conditions. If weather prevents us from completing your shoot on the scheduled day, we will reschedule at no additional cost. We monitor forecasts closely and communicate proactively to minimize disruption to your timeline.
Do you provide photo and video editing as part of your service?
Yes. For real estate, we offer end-to-end photo and video editing with optional graphics and property outline overlays. For TV & Film projects, our editor and camera operator provides post-production support. Editing scope and turnaround are confirmed as part of your project agreement.
How long does a drone photo or video shoot typically take?
Duration depends heavily on the service type and scope. A standard residential real estate aerial session typically runs 30–60 minutes on-site. A commercial building inspection or construction mapping flight can take 1–3 hours. TV and film shoots are scheduled based on the production's shot list and may span a full day or multiple days. We scope each project individually during the quoting process and provide time estimates upfront.
